Andrew is a seventh-generation member of the Molson brewing family. Andrew is also Vice-President of the Molson Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to the betterment of Canadian society, and has been a member of the board of Molson Coors Brewing Company since February 2005. In 2003 Andrew was elected Fellow and Professional Administrator of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
A lawyer by training, Andrew Molson joined NATIONAL Public Relations, one of RES PUBLICA's operating companies, in 1997, and became a partner and Vice-Chairman of RES PUBLICA in 2005. RES PUBLICA is a Montreal-based holding and management company of leading professional services firms offering strategic public relations counsel to a wide range of businesses. Angela Mondou is a former Air Force captain and marketing executive whose unique and unconventional career has taken her from worldwide military operations to top-ranked high-tech companies, most recently Research In Motion, the creators of BlackBerry™. Some of her diverse leadership successes include:
- Military / NATO Officer: deployment of the largest United Nations Peacekeeping contingent in history in 1992 into former Yugoslavia with the UN Protection Force -- while under fire! Angela was also responsible for the logistics deployment of air force fighter squadrons during Operation Desert Storm.
- High-Tech Marketing Executive: Responsible for global product introductions in several high-tech companies, Angela introduced powerful marketing programs with the Oprah Winfrey My Favourite Things Show and the National Football League (NFL) that launched BlackBerry into the mainstream

Tim Cestnick is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner.
Tim is the author of eight best-sellers, including 101 Tax Secrets, Winning the Tax Game and The Tax Freedom Zone, and is a tax commentator for television’s CBC Newsworld, Canada AM, and BNN (the Business News Network). He is also guest tax columnist for Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe & Mail.
After obtaining his accounting designation and specializing in tax with national accounting firm Deloitte, Tim has held various executive positions in the wealth management industry and is co-founder and Managing Director of WaterStreet Family Wealth Counsel, a leading multiple family office firm.
Tim is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and a member of the teaching faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He appears on national television and radio frequently, and is a regular speaker on tax and estate issues coast to coast. |
Having graduated with a Radio Television Arts degree from Ryerson Institute, Ron Buist began his career in the broadcasting industry. He left the broadcasting industry to become Advertising Manager for Black’s Camera stores, and was instrumental in developing the “Black’s Bigger Prints” photofinishing campaign when Black’s became the first company to go to a 4” wide standard size print.
Ron’s next move was to Tim Hortons, where he began a 24-year career as its marketing manager and made an unforgettable impact on the company. Tim Hortons’ success is best marked by Ron’s introduction of the very popular “Roll Up the Rim to Win” contest. His other accomplishments at Tim Hortons included producing the “True Stories” advertising television commercials, designing the first Tim Mug travel mugs, and introducing the soup and sandwich program.
Since retiring from Tim Hortons in 2001 Ron has focused on sharing his secrets of successes with retail organizations, business schools, senior executives and others. from Tim Hortons in 2001.
