Vision - To become the recognized support group for family-owned businesses operating in southern Alberta in order to enhance the inter-generational durability, viability and long-term success of those enterprises.
Mission - To support and encourage family business through education, advice, understanding and tolerance of those whom the business embraces. To serve as a self-help forum for family enterprise from the standpoint of both personal and business relations, in order to benefit the family and the business.
