As one of the younger Chapters in CAFE, Georgian Bay has proven itself to be a dynamic, proactive, fun group, dedicated to ensuring the success of family businesses in general, member businesses in particular, and the broader business community in our area.
Our chapter attracts members from a larger area than you may think. Our list of members, families and advisors stretches from Mississauga up to Sudbury, and from Shanty Bay to Collingwood, resulting in a vibrant, diverse group of engaged and supportive members. We focus on sharing our experiences and learning from one another.

Our monthly Programming sessions enable our members and guests to learn from our dedicated advisor members and guest speakers on a wide range of topics, from Succession to Compensation, with the emphasis being on how we as family members can use these specific tools to further improve our businesses. We also benefit from our Personal Advisory Groups (PAG) to enhance our business decisions and improve relationships, both within the family and outside. Our social events are extremely popular, and the wide range of ages represented at our Family Business Day events and our Holiday parties are testament to the successes we have been enjoying as we reach out to all members of the family business.
