Welcome to the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE) – Okanagan Chapter. Family enterprise is a cornerstone of our Canadian economy, and we are committed to support families in business and their continued growth and success.
We provide this support through the programming we offer, the resources and tools that have been designed to help facilitate communication, growth and successful succession of the business to another generation. A key philosophy of CAFE is the “sharing of experience” which is evident in our Personal Advisory Groups (PAG’s) where family members find support from their peers in a comfortable and confidential forum. Our Associate Members, which are local professionals and consultants, are instrumental in providing our membership with current and up-to-date information and strategies relating to the dynamic business environment we are all working within.
