Morley Hoppner began in 1988 as a family owned and operated general contracting business. The company has grown and evolved into a dynamic one stop shop offering real estate development and construction services. By offering a full range of services, Morley Hoppner is able to seamlessly manage a project from inception to completion. Morley Hoppner has changed the face of Ottawa with the construction of over 480 projects, such as the Bell Sensplex, Rogers House, Westboro Station Condominiums and Ottawa City Hall’s Rink of Dreams.

The foundation of Morley Hoppner is built on the Morley family values of honesty and integrity, and our tagline “We Build on Your Trust” encompasses the main reason Morley Hoppner has become a  leader in Ottawa’s construction industry.

"Morley Hoppner is extremely honoured to be the recipient of the
CAFE National Family Enterprise of the Year Award.
We have been proud members of CAFE for over 20 years
and have developed sound family business practices as a result.
We are excited to be recognized by the family business community
and look forward to sharing our story at the Symposium."
