I go to meet business families, hear their unique stories and learn much from the experiences of other families. Cafe has provide me the forum to educate myself on "mechanics " of family business, but I always enjoy the "spirituality" of family business owners, which has helped me map out our succession. Family business owners are honest and very frank about sharing their experiences…if its truth you are seeking then cafe symposiums can provide it.
