The Family Business Meeting Facilitation Program has been designed to assist facilitators with establishing a family council and the benefits and process of conducting family meetings. The course covers family issues relating to business and personal goals.
Considered a cornerstone of Family Business structure, and advocated in the Family Business Facilitation Program is the establishment of a Family Council. Benefits of a Family Council include clarifying the boundaries between family, business and ownership; sharing information, opinions, ideas and concerns; planning for the future; examining the family's values; educating the family; and resolving conflict before it escalates.
