Join the conversation and find the support you need in making your family business a success.
The Family Facilitation Course is a four day curriculum designed to enhance facilitation skills for those in a family business interested in establishing and/or facilitating family meetings and family councils, or for professionals and advisors to family businesses interested in helping business families achieve greater success.
More specifically, families can use family meetings to plan their participation in the business; recognize and resolve conflict; open up the succession process; plan for the future ownership of the business; help children manage inherited wealth; preserve and articulate family values, traditions and history; and manage relations between family and your Board of Directors. Well run family business meetings can strengthen the business and the families that run them.
